Pazziella Garden & Suites

All staff are very friendly and very helpful. Thanks to Mari, the front desk manager, and Massimiuano for their professional help to make sure that I and my family have a wonderful time in Capri as everything was organised on time and perfect. Thanks to them and all the wonderful staff, we are super happy, and we will definitely come again. The room was very comfortable and the food was delicious, but the best thing was the location of the hotel as it had two different entrances to two different streets. Also the hotel has a nice swimming pool for young kids.

Staff very friendly, great breakfast, nice location in Capri town (5min walking from funicular), very clean and nicely decorated room, comfy bed and pillows, strong Wifi. Make sure you share your travel/ ferry plans with the staff, as they can monitor ferry statuses for you! I wish we did that, as they would've helped us know immediately that our morning ferry to Ischia was cancelled and helped us rebook.

This place was INCREDIBLE - my wife and I were on our honeymoon, and visited five different cities in Italy, and this was by far our favorite stay. We were greeted with welcome drinks and pastries upon arrival, as well as a bottle of champagne and chocolate in our room. We had a "suite" that had way more space than we expected, along with an amazing view. The staff set us up with bag pickup and dropoff from the ferry port, which was absolutely necessary. We also absolutely loved staying directly in the town of Capri. We have nothing but amazing things to say about Pazziella!

Pazziella is beyond amazing. A service experience like no other. The communication through Whatsapp was accurate and fast. We arrived to Capri by ferry, you can schedule the transporation in advance through them. There was an ambassador waiting for us to take us to our scheduled taxi service. During the stay they were extremely helpful and made sure that we were taken care of. They took care of everything at check out, luggage, transportation back to the pier and the ambassador stayed with us to make sure we took the right ferry. It was our first time at Capri and they made everything so perfect. I've been in the hospitality industry for over 17 years and Pazziella truly has one of the most amazing teams I've seen. Special thank you to Roberta and Silvia, they were outstading and the true "definition" of what hospitality means.

Nice quite location 5min from main lively Capri square. Beautiful room and bathroom. Lovely welcome explanation and cocktail. Should have free luggage or shuttle pick up from port.
